Products will be typically delivered within 10 days if no items are on backorder. This timeline may be more like 15 days at the end of the year due to the higher volumes. HealthPartners Home Medical will not ship partial orders. If one product on your order is on backorder for an extended period of time, we will release the rest of the shipment and split your order. We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless shipping error is found to be our error.
