HP HME will accept returns within 30 days of the original date of purchase. The item(s) need to be unopened and in re-sellable condition. If returning products after 30 days, the item(s) will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee of the purchase price. Please note that any product that has been opened or damaged (including any packaging damage) cannot be returned.
All devices, including CPAP, APAP, Bi-level, Humidifiers and travel units, cannot be returned once the package has been opened. If the devices have been opened and do not show any hours of usage, they still cannot be returned. All device warranty decisions for replacement and/or repair, will follow the established manufacturer guidelines.
HP HME will accept returns on items sold that have manufacturer defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship defects please contact HP HME first to trouble shoot any issues and then, if required, an authorization of product return will be initiated.
